🚨Please Read Carefully 🚨 EBJ STUDIOS – MODEL CALL AGREEMENT Thank you for your interest in being a Model for EBJ Studios. This Model Call is created to help build my portfolio, enhance technique, and showcase new styles. Please read the agreement carefully before participating. 📌 MODEL UNDERSTANDING & AGREEMENT By volunteering as a model for EBJ Studios, you agree to the following: 1. Free Service • This is not a paid service and is provided at no cost to the model. • The hairstyle will be chosen by the stylist based on the creative direction, training needs, or portfolio requirements. 4. No Liability You acknowledge and agree that: • You are volunteering to participate as a model. • You understand there is a possibility of: • Styling imperfections • Technique adjustments • Minor discomfort or product sensitivity • EBJ Studios is not liable for any unexpected results, reactions, or dissatisfaction, as this is a training/creative service and not a paid appointment. 5. Serious Models Only • You agree to arrive: • On time • Ready to commit to the full service duration • No last-minute cancellations unless considered an emergency. 6. Upon arrival you will be required to sign this agreement in person. 7. If you are need of a relaxer to be sure the style is accomplished, Erica will be able to apply the relaxer with a service fee of $45
Cancellation Policy
EBJ STUDIOS INC Policy/Requirements: To receive the BBL-Braids, Brows, Lash Special you must agree to do the following once you arrive to your appointment 1. Follow Erica & EBJ Studios on ALL social media platforms 2. Send a Friend request to Erica 3. Leave review on social medial & google 4. Share & Post video/ pictures in your stories on All your social media platforms and Tag Erica, EBJ Studios & Highlight everyone on your social media post page. 5. Like 10 post each on EBJ Studios social medial pages 6. Be willing to show your face on social medial for before and after pictures Policy: Braid Styling, Size, Length & Pricing: Medium-Smedium Only Traditional Box/Knotless Midback $100 Traditional Box Braids Boho Bob $135 Traditional Box/Knotless Boho Midback $150 Fulani Boho Midback $150 Allergies/Cold If you are getting over a Cold and have a cough please reschedule & wait until your cough has cleared. If you have Allergies that makes you cough, please reschedule & wait until your cough has cleared. If you still arrive with a cough your service, will be stopped and you will be politely asked to leave. Service & Waiting All services are render in a private area. Seating space is limited -Only paying guest are allowed in the service area. Service animals are not allowed. BONUS Service FREE- Individual Cluster Lash Install and Brow Wax If you chose not to get a Lash Install or Brow Wax the braid styling of your choice price is still the same. You may not split this service up; everything must be done on the same day. Advertisement Please understand that Services will be recorded for advertisement purposes to bring awareness to EBJ brand If you choose not to be recorded, please schedule your appointment outside of the special.
